Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Li-Hong Jade.

For all purchase, we offer a return of goods within 7 calendar days upon receipt of purchase, for refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in the same, original condition that you first received
  • the item must be in the original packaging with the purchase receipt

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the rights to charge you administrative and shipping fees if free shipping has been previously provided for the item.

The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer.

How to return?

Please contact us immediately by email. We will provide you the address to ship your items back to us.

All return items must be shipped with a tracking number. You can buy shipping insurance if deemed necessary.

If the return item is lost or damaged in transit, you will have to bear the responsibility and all associated costs. Refunds Once we have received your item, you will be notified by email.

Inspection of the item will be performed immediately. Upon the inspection done, we will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, we will refund you in the form of store credits, where you can use to buy other items from our website.

There is strictly no cash refund.

Refund will not be provided if the item is:

  • not in its original condition, or
  • damaged, or
  • missing parts for reasons not due to our error (please be careful when handling the jewellery), or
  • returned more than 7 days after delivery
